Trauma Touch Therapy is a body based approach to trauma. This modality slowly integrates those who have experienced trauma, back into feeling present and at home in their body. We do this through client guided contact with the body, breath work, play, and movement.
Trauma Touch Therapy is done over the course of 10 sessions, but this may be adjusted due to your individual needs. All of the sessions are adaptable and highly collaborative.
We believe that you are the expert in your experience, and your body, so these sessions are highly interactive. These sessions will encourage you to ask questions, be curious, and gain a new found sense of control with your body!
